加入溶液C3和涡旋的200μl。在4℃下孵育5分钟。
在室温下，10，000×g离心1分钟。
避免颗粒，转移到，但不超过，750μl上清液进入一个干净的2毫升收集管(提供)。
使用前摇匀混合C4溶液。在上清液和漩涡中加入1200个μ1的C4溶液，持续5秒。

仔细放置旋转过滤器在一个干净的2毫升收集管(提供)。避免将任何溶液C5溅到旋转过滤器上。
